It is reported that the SSD released by KingSpec this time is the KingSpec NVMe PCIe XF series, which is a high-end brand series aimed at professional gamers and notebook and ultrabook users . Equipped with Tenafe TC2200 PCIe Gen4 DRAMless SSD controller, using standard M.2 2280 specification, the interface can support PCIe Gen 4.0X4 and NVMe 1.4 protocols.
The XF series uses a low-power DRAMless design and supports Host Memory Buffer (HMB) ; hierarchical power management; end-to-end data protection; data encryption and other functions. At the same time, with the design of graphene high-end new material heat dissipation stickers, on the basis of effectively reducing the temperature, the computer can maintain smooth operation and screen under the condition of long-term work, bringing long-term stability and efficiency.
The XF series SSD launched this time has a total of two capacities: 512GB and 1TB . It adopts domestic YMTC 128 -layer 3D TLC NAND particles, which greatly improves the data transmission rate, reduces power consumption and provides stricter data protection.
